ROYAL DECREES & PROCLAMATIONS

By Royal Command of Her Majesty and by the authority vested in the Crown of the Kingdom of Navassa, the following Acts and instruments of governance are hereby promulgated:

  • The Peerage Act: Establishment of the Golden and Black Books of the Peerage of Navassa, and the regulation of the Heraldic Office.

  • The Flag Act: Defining the official design, use, and ceremonial protocol governing the National Flag, the Royal Standard, and all heraldic banners of the Kingdom.

  • The Episcopal Church Act: Creation of the Episcopal Church in Navassa as the established church, affirming the Church’s pastoral role within the Kingdom.

  • Supply Bill, October–December 2025: Authorizing funding in the amount of N£7,000 for the final quarter of the year to ensure the continued operation of Her Majesty’s Chancellery and the Royal Court.

  • Civil List Act: Confirming the creation of a fully funded budget for the financial provisions of Her Majesty’s Chancellery and the Royal Court.

  • Creation of Five New Peerages: In recognition of distinguished service to the Realm, Her Majesty created five new peerages:

    • His Highness Ryan Marshall, Prince de Saint-Joseph & Grand Squire of Navassa

    • Her Honorable Averen Gosha, Countess de Givenois

    • His Honorable Sigfredo Torres, Count de Tormendois

    • His Honorable Brittan Hardgers, Count de Fort Royale

    • Her Honorable Javannah Davis, Countess de Vienola.

Naiymah Sanchez Named Transgender Laureate of Navassa
The Kingdom of Navassa proudly announces the appointment of Naiymah Sanchez of Philadelphia as the Bernadine Casseus Transgender Laureate.

Selected from a field of thirty applicants, Ms. Sanchez exemplifies leadership, cultural vision, and a steadfast commitment to uplifting transgender communities, particularly Black and Brown trans women. As Laureate, she will represent the Crown in matters of advocacy, cultural engagement, and community empowerment. Ms. Sanchez spoke exclusively to Out.com (equalpride, the publisher of Out, is the official media sponsor of the Bernadine Casseus Transgender Laureate Program) on her journey to becoming the world’s first transgender laureate.

Secretariat of Relations Distributes Provisions
The Secretariat of Relations has distributed provisions to a limited food pantry located at the Lilac Library of the Rochester Rainbow Union, supporting households in need through community partnership and private generosity.

Her Majesty’s Chancellery & Royal Court also observes recess periods in Spring (May), Summer (August), and Winter (December), with dates announced via official social media.

WORLD NEWS

Terror Attack at Sydney’s Bondi Beach
A deadly shooting targeting a Hanukkah celebration at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, has left at least fifteen people dead and many more injured. Authorities have classified the attack as antisemitic terrorism. National leaders have pledged renewed efforts to combat extremism and protect public gatherings, as vigils and memorials continue across the country. The Queen joined world leaders when she issued a statement of condolence.


U.S. President Files Lawsuit Against BBC

President Donald Trump has filed a defamation lawsuit against the British Broadcasting Corporation, alleging that the editing of a documentary misrepresented his January 6, 2021, speech. The BBC has acknowledged editorial errors but disputes legal liability. The case has drawn international attention regarding media standards and accountability.

European Leaders Continue Ukraine Security Talks
European and Ukrainian leaders have continued high-level discussions on long-term security guarantees for Ukraine amid the ongoing conflict. Talks have focused on territorial integrity, defense cooperation, and future diplomatic frameworks, with further negotiations anticipated in the coming months.
